• NetSys 2025 is intended to be held as an in-person event.
• Registration has two parts:
  • Workshops, tutorials on Monday - you are free to join any of them, but please let us know your most likeliest option to support room planning. No catering included!
  • Main conference Tuesday - Thursday, including the Monday evening KuVS award ceremony and small reception
• You may register for each of those or for ZdN separately or take the whole event at a bundle price!
• Reduced rates available for GI/ITG members and (PhD) students.

Notes for Contributors:

• For each accepted extended abstract, hot topics abstract, or demo proposal, at least one of the authors should do a full registration: either the full price or a reduced price for GI/ITG members for the bundle package.
• Similarly, for each workshop contribution, either a full registration for tutorials and workshops or a full registration for the bundle package is required (depending on your intended participation: workshop-only or full conference).
• The above does not apply for contributors who only contribute to the PhD forum.

Registration Fees

¹  Entitles to also attend the Welcome Reception.

²  The main program of ZdN takes place on September 4. The fee includes participation on days 3 and 4 of the conference, including the Social Dinner.
